Who can edit the account information (e.g. access level) of staff members?

Admin can edit:

- Admins, Department managers, Staff

Department managers can edit:

- Department managers, Staff

Note: a Department manager can't grant you access to a department he/she is not connected to, but can deny you access to his/her department(s).

Staff can edit:

- none
