Where can I either create, delete or adapt a care path?

To create a care path, go to Care paths at the menu bar and click Add new at the right upper corner.

You can't delete a care path, but you do have the option to set an existing care path to inactive at Available for activation.

To adapt a care path, open an existing care path and make the appropriate adjustments. Once you save a new version of an existing care path the previous version is no longer available. Only patients previously linked to that care path version will be able to finish it. No option exist to assign the previous version to a patient. Make sure to save the care path twice after you adjusted the previous one.

Note: only an administrator can edit or create a care path.
