Both run the same platform. Although there are some differences.

1. If you access the platform on your computer, you will see more tools/information, 
(e.g. your measurements, profile, etc.)
2. Measurements are only possible to take through the app by use of Bluetooth.
3. Teleconsultations are not possible via the app at this time.

Note: you can use the web platform via the browser of your mobile phone.
