1. For now, attending a teleconsultation via the app is not possible. You must use the website.

Your patient can't hear you? 
1. Make sure you have selected a microphone in your computer settings. 
2. No access is given to your browser to use camera and/or microphone.
Firefox:  go to options --> click on privacy and security --> grant access
Chrome: click on the tiny padlock, left of the URL --> grant access

Your patient can't see you?

2. No access is given to your browser to use camera and/or microphone.
